Antique-Gold Style Citrine Pendulum – Sold

This one off citrine pendulum by Mildred & Myrtle has the unique honour of being the first one which we have ever offered for sale! It was such fun to make and therefore comes to you filled with that enjoyment and pleasure.

There are five sapphire-blue CZ crystal set into the top of the pendulum, which I felt were the perfect colour to enhance the orange-yellow of the citrine. It seemed right to choose the complementary colour to the citrine, rather than something toning – as this is definitely a bright, sunshine-y, *happy* crystal and needed to show its sunny nature in the way it was set.

By trying to cover as little of the citrine as possible in setting it, I’ve was careful to ensure that the gorgeous natural striations on the crystal have been left exposed. It is believed that gently stroking these markings upon a crystal whilst meditating can reveal to you hidden knowledge encoded within.

As the new Keeper of this pendulum, I would recommend that you forge a deep bond with the crystal in order that you may work more closely together. You can achieve this by meditating with the crystal, sleeping with it under your pillow (I would suggest keeping it in its pouch for this), communicating with it, asking questions of it, and even – if it is willing to allow you to do so – by projecting your consciousness within it. You may also like to carry it with you, in its pouch, on your person – to allow it to remain within your aura and to become attuned to your energies.

In a couple of places the citrine crystal contains lovely tiny speckles of natural dark inclusions: possibly haematite, which create a delicate polka-dot effect near the surface.

There are also some stunning natural rainbows within it, which I haven’t managed to capture in the photos. They are best viewed with the crystal point-up.

The pendulum is suspended on 9 inches of antique-gold effect chain, attached to a circle embedded in the end and finished with a coordinating T-bar at the end.

As a piece which is decorative, but not overtly feminine, we feel this pendant would be appreciated and enjoyed by either a man or a woman.

This pendulum would be a perfect all-round tool: highly suitable for both divination and healing work.
